The following Terms and Conditions apply to the relationship between Wood You Love Me and our site’s users.
At all times, any reference to ‘we’, ‘us’ or ‘our’ throughout the following Terms and Conditions, and this website, refers to Wood You Love Me.
At all times, any reference to ‘you’ or ‘your’ refers to our users/customers.
ORDERS
All of our products are made to order. Please allow 3 weeks (21 Days) for your order to be completed, before postage, during non-peak periods.
PAYMENT
All prices are in Australian dollars and exclude GST [this is stated in the description of each item]. All Australian sales are charged 10% GST at the checkout on goods and postage.
POSTAGE
Wood You Love Me ships orders Australia wide.
All items are sent via regular mail with Australia Post. Packaged safely using bubble wrap and posted in boxes to prevent items from being damaged in transit. Once your order has been shipped, Wood You Love Me can accept no responsibility for loss or any damage to your package.
Wood You Love Me takes no responsibility if an item does not arrive to you in time if needed for a gift or event when this date is within the 3 week turn around or just outside of this time. You must allow shipping time from the 21 day period it may take to ship your order. All orders are shipped from Perth, Western Australia, AUS.
RETURNS, EXCHANGES AND REFUNDS
Wood You Love Me does not accept refunds or exchanges for change of mind. We will happily replace items if they are not as per your order due to a fault by Wood You Love Me eg. spelling mistake.
If your item arrives damaged please contact us within 48 hours with your order number and photographs and descriptions of the damage exactly as they have arrived to you. We’ll assess damage on a case-by-case basis, and it’s at our discretion to determine whether an item can be returned and replaced or repaired on the basis of damage. When an item is incorrect due to the fault of the customer eg you have provided the incorrect spelling of a name or requested the wrong colour or size, you will need to purchase a replacement.
Where repair or replacement is deemed necessary by Wood You Love Me, your initial item must be returned to us in an unused condition. All return shipping costs are payable by the customer.
PRODUCT CARE
We suggest placing your Wood You Love Me items out of reach of children to ensure the best care for them. Please supervise children at all times.
